3 Top 3 myths about load
bearing wall Removal

Cost is prohibitive

We usually complete wall removal and beam installs in 1 day. Labor cost and materials is kept low.

It will take too much time

Many load bearing wall removals involve the kitchen area. Youll be happy to know we are usually done in less than 24 hours.

The wall is too wide or too long

We can do lengths of 30 feet or more. We may need to use different beam materials based on length.

The SOLUTION

crimson Rock engineering solution

Crimson Rock Construction specializes in removing walls and redistributing the load to other portions of the opening in order to maintain structural integrity of your home. Most of what we do requires installing structural engineered lumber (such as LVL’s and gluelams’s) made by various companies to support this load. The load is transferred from the former wall to new header, then to posts that are supporting the new header, and from there to the foundation.

Very Professional

I looked for a contractor to remove a load bearing wall through Google. I was not able to find any who were willing or able to do the project within my price range until I googled "Load Bearing Wall Removal", and found Crimson Rock Construction.. I contacted Greg at Crimson Rock. He responded quickly and came over to inspect and provide a cost estimate. The cost estimate was very reasonable. It included other associated work that I wanted him to do. He came on the day agreed and started the project and completed it within the expected time. The work looks very good. We are very pleased with the finished product. Greg has also agreed to provided an engineer stamped plan for my records. I would highly recommend Crimson Rock Construction for your load bearing wall removal project

Easy to work with

I called a few companies and ended up with Crimson Rock Construction. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly. I felt like they gave me a great price for how much they did. I’ve had them come back for a second project already, Greg was very professional and returns phone calls very quickly.
